About us
At Länka Consulting we are convinced that the future requires us to develop collaboration as a distinct way of working. If we want different perspectives and areas of expertise to meet and collaborate we need new understanding, new frames of reference and perhaps even a new language. Developing and sharing practical methods for succeeding in collaborative processes has become our mission.
Länka Consulting was founded in 2015 by Karoline Bottheim and Anna Zingmark, driven by a strong commitment to make better use of the resources and potential within our society. Since 2024 Anna Hedman Jernberg has also been part of Länka.
Long before 2015 we began gathering experience and knowledge on how to move complex collaborative processes forward. This knowledge comes from national and international collaboration, from international research environments, from practitioners and from evaluations of collaborative projects. We have above all learned by moving between different parts of society, across levels and between different types of actors and sectors. This has given us a deep understanding of how interaction and combinations across sectors, disciplines, issues and geographical contexts are crucial for realising resources and potential in society.
Today we work to share knowledge and methods through our books, our podcast Konsten att samverka and through process facilitation in complex matters as well as through open and tailored training programmes.
